Measuring actin filament dynamics in #microfluidics experiments reveals the molecular processes of filament breakdown. Profilin and cofilin bind simultaneously to accelerate filament breakdown, while twinfilin competes with profilin but not cofilin. 📝 go.aps.org/4f4uSKm
