Fantastic to be able to tune in for the ‘Dementia in a Multi-Species World’ conference on Tuesday. Speakers covered 3 themes: thinking beyond the human, the (absent) presence of animals, and care and caring across species. Thank you to all speakers and organisers!

Thank you everyone who joined, I really enjoyed introducing my research. Additionally, it was great chatting to the Hub team and some of the Plymouth-based SWDTP community!

Fantastic week away with Writhlington CCF. An amazing group of cadets and working with a great team of instructors. I loved helping out on the barrack range, obstacle course and fieldcraft exercise (to name a few activities the cadets got up to)!

When I was cycling back from campus this evening, I stopped off at the Central Park Ponds Project to have a look at their Sustainable Drainage Systems approach. A lot of changes since I last cycled this route. 🚲

What a wonderful experience this week has been! We've learnt a lot, we've laughed, and we've even danced! Thanks, as always, to the amazing Kate Kate Tapper for facilitating a illuminating and inspiring summer school. See you in a couple of weeks in Exeter for round two!
