In America, you can be teargassed and shot with rubber bullets for peacefully protesting in front of a church.

But you can literally bust down the doors to the United States Capitol and stroll around while police officers watch.

The President of the United States of America stood up in front of these people, incited them to riot, and directed them to attack the US Capitol.

The Proud Boys and other pro-Trump protestors are terrorizing citizens and threatening the lives of elected officials in the U.S. capitol.

When will more people admit that these people are terrorists and white supremacy is the greatest domestic threat to the U.S.

THIS IS FUCKING INSANE!!!!! I was spit on--SPIT ON!!-- in BERKELEY FUCKING CALIFORNIA on 9/12 for being brown. I cried daily, lived in fear for my brothers and uncles (still do), get flagged by TSA every time I come home from abroad, and so much more. And I have it GOOD!!!

I just watched a news story where a reporter commented that I don’t condone violence. In case anyone sees it, I just want to correct that here: I never said that. What I have to say about violence in a country built on it takes more time than what a sound bite would allow.
