Our latest WRAL Documentary airs tonight at 7:30pm and streams at 8pm on the WRAL Doc YouTube channel. Thousands of hurricane victims are still waiting to go home years after Matthew and Florence. Some are living in hotels and some have died waiting for answers. We ask what went wrong.
