After a busy 4 day week I’m glad ‘Ghosts’ is back.

Feeling a touch odd this morning - interviews for my position being held today. Although I want to retire it’s still a weird feeling knowing I won’t be there in January and someone else will be in charge. Hoping the panel make a sound appointment tomorrow after day 2.

So glad I retired in Dec, I wouldn’t know where to begin to find the derisory pay offer from the budget which was already running on fumes. The Govt really don’t value teachers and are going to have a bigger crisis of recruitment and retention than before
