I think I see the future... My future... in my dreams when sleeping but I usually don't get to make sense of it till when they are happening and I'm like this scene or situation feels surprisingly familiar. I hope it gets better.

Just like most people... All my life I've only known of CTA... I'm Now learning about CTT and CTF and it feels secondary school maths class all over again... CTT and CTF means Call To Think and Call To Feel... I'm enjoying this for real...

I believe we shouldn't focus on always making the right choice since that's kind of beyond our control. Instead, let's focus on recovering or rebounding smoothly, easily or fast.

Making the best decision is usually about the information available about the options. Most times, we don't get enough information from the onset. That's why deciding is hard. But we need to believe in and develop our ability to pivot when more information is available.
