I've been going to Potawatomi Zoo all my life - for the last few years, they've really focused on improving the space for both animals and visitors and it's amazing! We had a great time at Zoo Luminate last night. See it before the end of May for yourself between 6 - 10 pm.

This semester Professor Laura Jackson's class partnered with Cultivate Food Rescue to support their Meat Hunger program. Today students pitched their ideas to the Cultivate team as their class final project. Great opportunity with a wonderful local partner!

A powerful evening of local storytelling and fundraising for Youth Service Bureau last evening. Stable and safe housing for area youth is too often an invisible issue - thanks to YSB for shining a light and sharing stories of the resources they provide with our community.

At Holy Cross College's commencement in 2024, we welcomed Kerry Alys Robinson from Catholic Charities USA to deliver our commencement address & receive an honorary degree. This weekend she was awarded the Laetare Medal from University of Notre Dame (the most prestigious award given to American Catholics)!

I say this to both kids every morning before they head to school. Tonight, we found it painted on a rock on our neighborhood walk.

Thanks to my friends at Specialized Staffing for the invite to attend my first DisruptHR event in Mishawaka. Great conversations with many passionate HR professionals - excited to connect them with Holy Cross College talent!

The Meat Hunger initiative at Cultivate worked with Holy Cross Business students in Prof. Jackson and Prof. Stewart's classrooms during the spring 2025 semester. This is a great event that helps feed our community (including the Cultivate Freezer on HCC's campus).

I don't get to explore on my bike as often as I'd like, but this afternoon I got to listen to some new music and enjoy the beauty of the river, Saint Mary's, and Holy Cross campus in summer.
