Let’s be clear: the current proposal already takes away healthcare from millions of people and they want to take it away from EVEN MORE people on an expedited timeline.

Health Care Voices Margarida Jorge Health Care For America Now! Medicaid isn't just a program; it's a promise. A promise that we as a society will take care of our most vulnerable citizens. Republicans need to keep that promise. #AmericansNeedMedicaid

BREAKING: The Republican budget now CUTS MEDICARE by $500 BILLION, per U.S. CBO. The cuts help pay for tax breaks for the wealthy, along with cuts to Medicaid and SNAP. This bill is the largest transfer of money from working people to the richest 10% in American history.

Chants of #TaxTheRich break out at a congressional town hall in Nebraska. In red states and blue states, big cities and small towns, people are opposing the GOP plan to take away health care from millions so billionaires can get more tax breaks.

Your $119 bikini is going to cost $360 thanks to tariffs, but sure, let's all celebrate pocketing a few hundred bucks in exchange for cutting healthcare and food assistance so billionaires can get a giant tax break and buy another yacht.

This is so ugly. And this chart doesn't even account for: —Medicaid and SNAP getting cut —Energy bills going up —Student loan payments getting hiked —People losing ACA health coverage If they pass this thing, a good chunk of YOUR money will go straight to the richest 1%.

Joni Ernst simply said the quiet part out loud. The GOP reconciliation bill - which would take away healthcare from millions - divides people into two categories: 1. People the GOP thinks deserve to have health care. 2. People the GOP thinks deserve to die.

Okay so get this. Trump's economic plans—tariffs, tax breaks for billionaires, cuts to Medicaid and SNAP—would cost 60% of Americans $800. Millionaires would get $47,000. The richest 0.1% of Americans would get $280,000. It's a wealth transfer.

The richest 1% won't be at all affected by cuts to SNAP and Medicaid. And they'll get to pocket a five-figure tax break. The people who will be thrown off healthcare or have food taken off their table, on the other hand, will see their costs go up by $1,000. Craven.

You cannot find a family in America that thinks they should be paying more for their health care, but instead of addressing affordability, Senate Republicans are increasing costs on working families to fund more tax breaks for billionaires and big corporations.

The Senate GOP: - CUT healthcare for millions of men, women, and children. - KEEP tax breaks for billionaire owners of sports teams

The true story is that most of the GOP in Congress just hates Medicaid. Instead of increasing access to quality affordable healthcare, the GOP is trying to take it away. The rest is just talking points.

#Medicaid is a lifeline for rural hospitals. If the #BigBeautifulBill passes with the massive Medicaid cuts that are currently in it, rural hospitals across the country may close.
