Having AuDHD is such a superpower for me - research was practically BUILT for AuDHD-ers. It makes me energetic, creative, resilient, all the good stuff. The problem is I then forget they are literal disabilities & I get totally caught off guard when they actually disable me🥲

2 years ago my ED asked me to think about "what I want to be known for." In academia, you need to develop as an 'expert' in one area. I struggled with that, b/c it felt so restrictive w/my MANY interests! Turns out they all have a connecting core factor🤦 So. Guess I found it!
