Thanks public health England for not letting the NIPE smart system integrate with eprs and then being down all through my shift. Then to work again at the end of my shift so I have spent an hour and half documenting on another system after my shift. #maternity #digitalmidwives

What would be refreshing is if NHS England stopped TELLING mws how to work and asked us how we would LIKE to work! I am sure the knock on effect would be greatly improved retention, job satisfaction and benefits to service users. 🤔

This looks like a great idea to facilitate early skin to skin which then supports breastfeeding and all the known health benefits. Tracey Kay @RDESpecServices Royal Devon Theatres RD&E Maternity

Any Trust based Transformation Lead Midwives out there who would like to come together for support and shared learning in the South West. We are trying to pull together a community of practice. Let me know if you would like to be involved.
