This is removing protections that are protecting and allow businesses to decide how they are going to poison up. Unbelievable. I have worked 55 year to get these protections and it was a slow process. We still had work to do, but rolling back all of the gain unacceptable.

Take a few minutes to listen. This is an issue in Arizona as well. We have a short term win, halting or slowing the plant from being built but we must continue to monitor as I think they may come back for a new permit.
