This month's tiny talked focused on discharge planning and the changes we have implemented locally to minimise delays for our patients. It coincided nicely with the release of the annual SICSAG report which highlights the impact of delayed discharges within critical care.

I don't understand how ITU nurses will be able to strike. They are literally so important they are one to one for their patients. Highly specialised, hard to replace. How, exactly, will they strike without clearly risking patients immediate safety? #NursesStrike
