I just had to make these tasty little treats, a recipe by Dr Amir Khan GP pitted Madjool dates stuffed with crunchy peanut butter and walnuts, I did tweak the recipe slightly by covering them in a thin layer of milk chocolate ☺️👌👌👌

Fridge clearing … yesterday’s red cabbage slaw, half a jar of green olives and a hand full of black seedless grapes a salmon fillet topped with a slice of lemon, potatoes boiled then put in the oven to bake with some cherry tomatoes and the Salmon 👌🍣🍋

Yes… I did made a healthy cottage pie in this heat 🥵… but well worth it! A lovely @slimmingworld recipe from a free magazine I was given after completing the @crukraceforlife on The Downs in Bristol. I’ll be making this again.
