I believe, a question that needs asked is,how much does it take to install goal line technology per ground? If & when the 'it's only resting in our account ' Government grant comes along, how much of it would be needed to install it at each PL ground?

What's the comparison in card counts with previous seasons? I'd heard it was up dramatically, but i don't know. If it is up dramatically, why ? Why is nearly every foul a yellow card? Who is the head of refereeing & when are they going to address issues?
