SWASFT HART red team training at Crealy with colleagues from Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service testing methods for accessing and extracting a casualty from a roller coaster.

Yesterday one of our Exeter teams went to Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service USAR training facility. This was to refresh and practice search and rescue techniques in a realistic training environment. Thanks to our collegues at stn 60 for the use of this fantastic venue. NARU Education #Paramedic

Recently #HART operatives from both Bristol and Exeter completed their High Risk Confined space course. This enables us to safely deliver paramedic level care in sometimes challenging environments. A big thanks to RIG Systems Limited for their expert knowledge and fantastic facility.

Fantastic multi agency work with HM Coastguard Devon & Cornwall Police and Devon Air Ambulance to rescue two climbers that had fallen yesterday.
