Another good month for little owls, but it’s the kestrel who steals the show in this July edition of Birds of The Month. and the winners are: kestrel, little owl, jackdaw, great crested grebe

August was a slow month for me, ornithologically speaking, so we’re bulking up the highlights with another shot of July’s kestrel. apart from that, the genuine august birds are: robin, little owl (of course), and green woodpecker
