As of October 1, 2025, the Ontario Small Claims Court will handle civil disputes up to $50,000, up from the current $35,000. The #LTB maximum monetary jurisdiction mirrors Small Claims, so as of Oct. 1st, you can get judgments for up to $50,000 whether for rent, damage etc.
