Today Minister Todd Smith announced that our government and the City of Toronto are working together to plan for the cities growing electricity needs.

This work is going to help power the new homes and transit we are building as well as our growing economy.

Thrilled to join many friends and colleagues yesterday for a celebration of #SikhHeritageMonth on the front lawn at Queen's Park. Ontario is proud to be home to so many people of Sikh heritage making great contributions to the economic and multicultural success of our province.

This #SikhHeritageMonth , I had the pleasure of joining Ontario’s Sikh community with MPP Hardeep Grewal Amarjot Sandhu and Prabmeet Sarkaria at Queen’s Park to celebrate the tremendous contributions they make to our cultural and economic prosperity.

With Brampton being home to the 2nd largest population of Sikhs in Canada, I am proud to serve alongside our 3 Sikh PC caucus members, representing our great city.

During April, we celebrate the vast contributions this community has made to our province.
