Disabled children and young people benefit from physical activity, with exercise being good for health in many ways. Today the UK CMOs published physical activity guidelines to support this. Thank you to the children, young people and exercise experts who contributed.

Just to let you know that the physiotherapy exercise app "Flexterity" is now available to download for use with paediatric neuromuscular patients. This is the first version and any feedback is appreciated as we are keen to continue to add and develop the app further.
