New paper alert🚨 Our OHDSI study #CERVELLO published in JAMA Psychiatry looked into rates of antipsychotic prescribing among people living with dementia during the pandemic, found an increase in the initial of the pandemic and remained high in 2021. jamanetwork.com/journals/jamap…

We previously showed the proportion of people with dementia in England prescribed an antipsychotic increased in 2020 during COVID. With School of Pharmacy and Hong Kong colleagues, we show in this OA paper this was a global effect. Sadly, rates stayed up. jamanetwork.com/journals/jamap…
