11.30pm - masuk bilik rehat

For the past few days aku minum thai tea, makan benda manis, calories tinggi without any guilty. Harini aku bantai 2 kali pergi gym. First pagi buat weight then petang cardio 😌 rasa kurang bersalah sikit. Eh dalam peti ais ada durian pula 🙂↔️
