Congratulations to Hannah Lernout for your intruiging talk at the Bird Group session today at #BWGE23. She presented the results of a study performed together with Marie Truyens in which extinguished chronic colitis was linked to behavioral changes and neuroinflammation.

Our team represented today at the UGent Geneeskunde & Gezondheidswetenschappen research day. Jade Celis is presenting her GAS on fibrostenotic CD, Febe Vertriest is showing her study on the effect of mycotoxins on colorectal cancer, and Hannah Lernout is discussing her poster on fatigue in IBD remission.
