Hampton Police is on scene of a shooting in the 100 block of Rip Rap Road. One adult male has been transported with life-threatening injuries. The shooting was reported at approximately 11:51 p.m. No further information at this time.

Hampton Police are currently on the scene of a barricaded individual inside Superior Pawn and Gun located in the 100 block of West Mercury Blvd.

There is heavy traffic congestion due to the incident in the 100 block of West Mercury Blvd. Please use alternate routes.
