من الأسئلة المهمة المثارة في هذه الأيام هو موقف الإيرانيين من الحرب ومدى التفاتهم حول النظام الحاكم في إيران. لا شك بأن هناك من يعارض النظام الإسلامي الحاكم . رغم ذلك، يمكن القول بأن الحرب قد أسهمت في خلق حالة من الالتفات حول الحكومة من قبل القوى السياسية المختلفة.
