Great report TransitMatters! If the road diet actually happens on Centre street in West Roxbury, the orange line extension would be huge for commuters.

“When very smart people who are taken very seriously in one field decide to branch out and decide to become experts on society and politics - it turns out they’re just horribly bad, they have catastrophic judgment once they’re outside of their core discipline” -Marc Andreessen 🇺🇸

Heck. Yes. BPS should run the best high-school athletic programs in the country. Titletown USA + home of New Balance Tracksmith WHOOP Reebok Boston Athletic Association.

Transit Matters recommends an MBTA Orange Line extension from Forest Hills through Roslindale to West Roxbury & a Green Line extension from Newton Highlands to Needham Junction. 🚇 Read the full TransitMatters report here: static1.squarespace.com/static/533b9a2…

I’m genuinely heartbroken that City of Boston just sold out BostonPublicSchools athletes. That corner of Franklin Park had belonged to student athletes. Incredibly disappointed.

It’s a bummer that these promising young athletes are about to show up to a highschool that gets 1/3 the athletics funding of most MA school districts. Extra sad that BostonPublicSchools gave their stadium away. City of Boston hates sports.

Well done Emerald Necklace Conservancy ! BostonPublicSchools athletes deserve better than the current plan and residents have a right to unfettered access of THEIR OWN PARK.
