It’s already more difficult to analyze disinformation campaigns on Instagram than on other social media platforms. Without CrowdTangle, Instagram’s disinformation problem will only get worse. #DisInfoREU2022 ODU CS REU

For my REU project, I plan to replicate and expand on the archival analysis that Himarsha performed on Katy Perry’s Instagram. I will be evaluating the group of anti-vaxx content creators known as the Disinformation Dozen. #DisInfoREU2022 ODU CS REU

Want to view archived instagram posts of the Disinformation Dozen? Haley Bragg found that unfortunately only 1.05% of mementos are replayable with complete post images! What happened to the other 99%? Almost all (96.13%) of the mementos redirect to the log in screen.
