Our music department hosted a fabulously festive evening last night. Staff and families were privileged to watch our talented young people perform, and we even got to finish with a Christmas singalong! 📷

Our Forest School teacher, Mrs Madgett, has been supporting students’ social communication skills with a carving workshop where they used bushcraft knives, and practised their carving techniques to make feather sticks, a broom, charcoal pencils & some Christmas tree decorations.

Congratulations to our HCC Debating Team who competed in the second round of inter-school debates yesterday at Gildredge House, especially Henry and Malakai who won their debate against three other teams!

Year 11 English students visited the Globe Theatre to see the GCSE set text ‘Macbeth’ yesterday. It was an excellent production that enabled some great discussions about how the characters and themes had been interpreted. We even managed a visit to the Tate Modern beforehand.
