Hey shroom lovers 🍄, our Vegan Salt & Pepper Mushrooms with lime leaf tofu sauce are now made with a mix of insanely tasty local shiitake mushrooms & pink, blue and golden oyster mushrooms grown by @manamycelium ! You’re slipping if you haven’t tried these yet 😘

Our Crispy Murtabak is based on the delicious dish from Indonesia & Singapore that has unique Arab flavors brought by their large Muslim populations. This crispy foldover is filled with a warm spiced lamb & beef filling, served with a tomato-chili jam.

Our Pan-Fried Chive Cakes with English pea purée, pickled fresnos & tamari-vinegar sauce taste like pure spring awesomeness! We steam these Thai rice cakes with Chinese chives then pan-fry them until they’re crispy on the outside, soft & chewy on the inside.
