- anticipate rapid desaturation
-preoxygenate (maybe use CPAP)
- consider position(ear to notch)
- be careful on meds! Ideal vs total body weight. Dose appropriately!

1. Don’t rush intubation on RV failure
2. Careful with fluids
3. Address hypoxia
4. Improve RV contractility
