As I've not heard any detail, can anyone clarify Albanese's reco of a Palestinian state, in particular: 1. how this will help the war 2. who would 'rule' this state, given there are effectively 2 Palestinian areas - Gaza and West Bank - both ruled by opposing groups. Thanks.
