I do not oppose adjournment by lawyer on the ground of personal family exigency. But problem arises when the order merely records adjournment was not opposed, without recording the reason for adjournment. Doesn't send the right message to litigants waiting for years for justice.

Musings: Court 5 NCDRC is yet to assemble. Judge was to sit at 10.30. Court Master has no idea. Many like me have to rush to another Court. It is over 11 now. On time but will be late elsewhere. Judges should realize it has a chain reaction.

Musings on Kejriwal Judgment: I wish law was as the Special Judge sees it. He has laid down threadbare "what law ought to be" while drifting away from "what law is". Wrong judgment written the Right way OR a Right judgment written the Wrong way. Depends on how you see it.
