Parents -don't pour so much into your kids athletic careers that you forget to teach them to be well-rounded young men and women of character. We’ve failed them if, when their playing days are over, their identity is defined but something they did - not the person they’ve become.

FYI: when you ask me to watch your film, I usually go to your teammates highlights, because i want to see how much effort you give when you’re not the person intended to get the ball. Everyone looks good on their own highlights, but champions show up on other people’s tape.
