విశ్వమంతా మండే మహాగ్నులెన్నున్నా చిమ్మచీకట్ల ప్రళయ తాండవమే కనిపిస్తోంది. ప్రజ్వలిస్తున్న నక్షత్ర మండలాలతో తలపడి తిమిరమే విజయగర్వంతో విర్రవీగుతోంది. చిన్నవాడైన మనిషి వెలిగిస్తున్న ప్రతి దీపం చీకటి కోటల్ని చీల్చి అనంత కాంతులు చిందిస్తోంది.

నా పల్లె, నా ఇల్లు, నా వాళ్ళు, నా జ్ఞాపకాలు... వీటన్నింటితో ముడిపడిన అనుబంధాలు, నెరవేరార్చాల్సిన కర్తవ్యాలు... ఇవన్నీ రీళ్ళలా తిరుగుతూ మన మూలాల్ని పదిలం చేసే సందర్భం- సంక్రాంతి.

The words Sovereign, Socialist, Secular and democratic are not multiple choices to our governments. Is it the reason why they avoided implementing all? What is the meaning of Republic? Power is becoming a tool for non application of constitution and law for the people in power.
