At the #MicroEvo22, I shared my PhD work under the supervision of Jenna Gallie and collaborating with @EvolTheoArne and @FlorenceBansept on the evolutionary fate of the unstable large duplication in SBW25. In short, we found smaller duplication and alternative mutations arose.
That's a fantastic collaboration. Wonderful experience with Jenna Gallie, @DeepaAgashe and @Parthkr21.
