#CSNAT-I is an evidence based intervention to support #carers in routine practice. The CSNAT-I Project Echo Network helps practitioners with implementation. Next meeting Thursday 16/5/24, 2pm. Discussion on Assessment Conversations led by Claire Hewitt, The Hospice of St Francis Do join.





Great to meet Aislinn Lalor and Keith Hill today at the launch of this wonderful #Carer Health and Well-being Service at Frankston Hospital. Well worth the train trip from Melbourne. Delighted that the #CSNAT Intervention is part of the service delivery.
