The best steak I've ever eaten was over a campfire in Decorah, Iowa. I cut the ribeye into strips, put them on a blackened stick, and roasted them over the fire, then salted them, and ate them. The fat dripped down my face, my shirt, the ground. It was the BEST STEAK EVER!
