🎉 Happy 10th Anniversary to Georgia Tech’s MS Analytics! For a decade, MS Analytics has equipped students with foundational and industry-specific analytical skills, paving the way for our very own OMS Analytics to expand access through online learning.

Last week, we celebrated 10 years of our MS Analytics program, the older sibling of OMS Analytics! Director Joel Sokol shared, “We began with ~40 students; now we have students from 100+ countries and over 5,000 alumni in roles from entry-level to C-suite across all industries."

After meeting last June, eight OMSA students from around the globe formed a friendship that defies distance and time zones! From Hong Kong to San Francisco, New York, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta, this group stayed connected and celebrated together at Commencement last month!

When was the last time you worked for 36 hours straight? For these MS Analytics and OMS Analytics students, it was just last weekend at Data Science @ GT's Hacklytics 2025! They developed two projects comparing a human-led machine learning fraud detection with a fully automated AI system.
