Continuing on with our presentation of local, 2025 Third Quarter Housing Stats, we focus on the rural areas of Oak Ridge/Summerfield and Stokesdale!🏠🔢📅 Trends differed quite a bit in both areas, with a closed sales increase the only similarity. #QuarterlyHousingStats

Today's third quarter housing stats presentation focus on Rockingham County, where trends benefitted both prospective buyers and sellers.🏡☝ Increases in days on market and inventory helped prospective buyers, while increases in closed sales, and prices helped sellers.🏡🤝💸📈

We're focusing on Asheboro and Randolph County to end our presentation of local, 2025 third quarter housing stats! Trends were very similar in both areas, with the lone exception in percentage of list price received. Asheboro's 0.1% increase in this figure benefitted sellers.
