As part of our 11 before 11 promises. This year we are taking part in RSPB - The Big Schools' Birdwatch. Last year over 98,000 birds were counted and the most frequently seen species was...the blackbird! I wonder what the most frequently seen bird at Green Ridge will be! 🪶

Today's meeting centred on Waste. I read "Tidy" to the children, emphasising the importance of a tidy environment. Discussions highlighted the significance of tidiness in both our school and surroundings, fostering ideas on how to make our school cleaner. #Ecocouncil 🌏🚯

We're delighted to hear that one of our Eco Councilors participated in a recycling workshop during the half-term break. I'm looking forward to hearing all about it in our upcoming meeting and eagerly await your sharing of the newfound knowledge. #Ecomember #recycling ♻️
