One of the best competitors on the mound I've gotten to coach. Kid is fearless and wants the ball in any situation he gets called upon. He will be a valuable asset to any pitching staff.

Sadly, our 2025 season has come to an end. We didn't have the season we hoped. But it has been a privilege to coach an great group of young men. I will take the weekend to rest up. And then it's back to work to prepare for the Fall. The turnaround at Coastal Bend will begin.

I will be working as hard as I can along with Coach Benitez, to make sure this season does not repeat at Coastal Bend. I have goals in mind for our program that we will reach. We are building up this program to challenge the rest of Region 14. And we are coming. #VamosCougars

I will be working to finish what is a very good 25 class for CBC over the next couple of months. I have already put a focus on the 2026 class and will continue reaching out to recruits. I will be out in Tomball, TX, for quite a few weekends. Reach out to let me know to see play

We have a great recruiting camp for June 18th, we are hosting with several other local colleges from D1, D2, and NAIA levels. We have signed a few kids who have attended our camps in previous years. Come sign up to get a good evaluation and meet our coaching staff.

Get signed up for our Prospect Camp, June 18th. 2025s, 2026s, 2027s, and Transfers. We have signed prospects from our camps. And many other schools will be in attendance to get as much exposure.

I am looking to add a few more Pitchers to finalize my summer roster. Plenty of innings and work available this summer. I keep track of innings for each pitcher to keep them protected and healthy through the summer to return to their school. Please reach out if interested.

Seeing the top 2 teams in our division competing against each other next week for a spot in the JUCO World Series Fires me up more to work even harder to help elevate Coastal Bend to be a playoff team next year. No one will outwork me to make that happen. #VamosCougars

I'm always about speaking out your goals. I have one I'm putting out there. My goal as a coach is to work hard enough and be recognized, to have the opportunity to coach for Team USA's collegiate team. That has been a long standing goal. And I'll make sure I achieve it.

Congrats to Coach Dusty Hart and Blinn College for making it back to Grand Junction. Respect to a great program and great coach.

We are changing the perception of Coastal Bend Cougars baseball. We will be looked at as a destination JUCO to come in and compete in one of the toughest conferences in the country. But more so, we are building up to be a very competitive team in Region 14. #VamosCougars
