I just saw the skarner buffs. Previous buff to this spell from 8% to 9% resulted in a 5-6% WR increase for skarner. Now Skarner has better items this season (protoplasm/bandlepipes) and he is getting a 9% to 11% max HP increase. I dont know how strong he will be but Skarner
