When I was Mayor of Wpg police budgets were 20% or less of the budget. Now it is over 30%. All non-first responder services & public works (health, parks, youth programs, libraries, housing etc) was about 50% - today they're only 35%. Need to reprioritize spending in cities.

Why does the TTC do this maintenance during rush hour? Only time I ever see this crew out. This is the second time this week. It causes a mess of traffic including blocking busses and streetcars. Is there a reason? The crew seems irritated with it all as well.
