Just finished the Ken Burns doc about the Holocaust…so moving and sickening. I think it shows that many Americans anti-Semitism was always there and they had to be shocked into doing something about it.

Many parallels with the racism, bigotry, misogamy, and anti-Semitism that is still prevalent today. It was somewhat suppressed until Newt Gingrich, the Tea Party, faux-Evangelicals, anti-abortion advocates, and Trump and his election deniers came along
