Reilly Brown tossed a complete game 1 hit shutout, with 10 K’s in Wesleyville’s 6-0 W over Millcreek tonight. He picks up his 3rd W of the season, and improves to 3-0.

Wesleyville will travel to St Marys, PA Friday for the Region 8 tournament. They open with Clearfield, Friday 1pm. The tournament is scheduled for July 19th-23rd.

GAME DAY. Wesleyville will take on Meadville at 1pm today in the Region 8 championship game. The winner will punch their ticket to the PA State championship tournament, starting on Saturday.

Wesleyville with a 1-0 W to open the tournament. Jason Fultz threw a complete game 1 hit shutout, with 14K’a to earn the W on the hill. Ty Burick was 1-3 with an RBI single, to drive in the only run. Alex Manendo, David Gibson, and Noah Riegel were all 1 for 3.

Wesleyville advances to the winners bracket final with an 8-0 W over Hughesville. They will play Quakertown tomorrow, first pitch scheduled for 6:40pm. Tyler Burick was 1-3 3B RBI David Gibson, Tommy Owens, and Jacob Rzodkiewicz were all 1-3.

Sam Lafuria earned the W pitching 5.1 scoreless innings giving up 4 hits, and striking out 8.
