Just taking a few minutes to chill this weekend after my Day 4 of the @Livestrong #RAGBRAI Virtual Challenge. In one of my favorite #LivestrongTees - Never Quit!

I finished my #RAGBRAI Day 5 Ride for @Livestrong yesterday about 15 minutes before sunset. Left the house with 4 Wristbands; came back with only 1. One to the guy that stopped to check on me at a water stop: the other 2 given for customers at the store at my turnaround point.

Finished my Day 6 #RAGBRAI ride for Livestrong. One more day left in my ride across Iowa.
