Greer High Art Classes enjoyed the Beyond Monet exhibit today at the Greenville Convention center. The exhibit took students on an immersive journey through Claude Monet’s paintings! It was an awesome experience!

Tickets for Alice in Wonderland, Jr are on sale now! The show runs April 3-5th in the auditorium at 6:30. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for students and FREE for all GCSD faculty and staff!! This is truly one that you will not want to miss, and it's fun for the whole family!

Our production of Alice in Wonderland Jr is well underway and you do NOT want to miss the colorful world of Wonderland! This show is fun for the whole family, and still has two performances (tonight and tomorrow at 6:30!). Tickets are only $10 for adults and $5 for students.

Mrs. Garrett's ED1500 students had a great time visiting Camperdown Academy for a school tour and classroom observations. We learned so much about different ways to teach students with disabilities. It was a great day for the Future Teachers Academy at GHS!

Congratulations to Mackenzie Jumper for winning first place in Printmaking at the All County High School Art Exhibition. Mackenzie competed against entries from every Greenville Co. High School plus the Fine Arts Center. Great job Mackenzie!

Today is Natl. Principals’ Day, and we’re proud to recognize Mr. Ludley for leading GHS with integrity, purpose, and true Greer GRIT. His leadership sets the tone for success, supports our students and staff, and keeps us focused on the goal: graduating college and career ready!

The GHS Art Club finished their annual Installation Painting. Each year, the Art Club designs and paints a GHS themed work in the style of a famous artist to put on display at the school. Students chose the Starry Night, by Vincent Van Gogh as their inspiration. Gogh Jackets!
