Celebrating Menstruation 🍾 🍾 In Commemoration of the MenstrualHygieneDay #MHDay2025! 💃🕺 We partnered with Ugo's Touch of Life Foundation & @Rotaract Club of Jabi Lakeside Abuja to break period poverty, silence & stigma through cultural dance, teaching how to make reusable Pads & academic debate 🌟

Together, we engaged 300 students, shifting perceptions & fostering inclusive dialogue. 💪 Menstruation is natural, not shameful! Let's continue to challenge stigma & promote good menstrual hygiene management. 🌈
