I know there is a narrative the past few years that NFTs will thrive and live on L2s. I disagree wholeheartedly. Art NFTs with high quality and value will not exist on L2s. It will be "lower valued" art that will exist on these L2s. Gaming NFTs or other NFTs like collectables?

I agree with this in the context in which it is meant. For L2s to host expensive art NFTs, they need to a) decentralize and b) have a track record of stability. Some L2s will get there in time, but I personally would not yet pay 6 figures now for an L2 NFT
