New build on the way for Manchester Street 🌇🔥 Hierarchy Group recently had a resource consent approved for 239 Manchester Street. A 51 metre tall, 15-storey building with 106 hotel rooms, private apartments, a roof-top garden, ground floor restaurant/bar and basement parking.
