Master your change of pace ⚠️ Change of pace is a skill that will take your game to a very high level. Pro’s are so great at change of pace that sometimes you watch them workout and it doesn’t look like they are working hard. But in reality they are playing at their own pace!

Miller Kopp who lit it up at Indiana and played with the Oklahoma City Blue. He helped lead them to an NBA G League championship, averaging 8.3 PPG, 2.9 RPG, and shooting the lights out from deep. Most recently, he played with the Detroit Pistons at the 2025 NBA Summer League

One tiny detail that many overlook but is a big time separator, is restarting or going back to where you messed up! Pro’s work through the line, and WHEN they mess up they go back to start, or at least back a couple steps from the mess up point. Don’t cheat yourself out of reps!
